Fish farming across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and their neighbours is expanding, and programs there import the same inputs as everyone else — trout and salmon genetics, Artemia, starter feeds — but across harder logistics: land-locked routings, transit-country paperwork, and longer cold-chain legs. We plan those lanes explicitly rather than treating them like a European delivery.
In the other direction, the region's dried fruits (Uzbek apricots and raisins among them) and specialty ingredients are increasingly competitive exports. We qualify producers against export-market requirements and bring the documentation up to the standard North American and European buyers expect.
